Allow to run from root but not sudo

Mariell requested to merge Proximyst:master into master

In the current state owo.sh cannot be run from root (UID 0), which it should be allowed to in special cases (e.g. if you have it on some server and wish to upload a file to owo or in a docker container). This still disallows sudo usage.

If you want so, I could also up the version, but edits from maintainers are on so do what you feel like.
