Save records to dir, respect cursor capture setting

This saves screenrecords into a directory, just like screenshots. Also added an option for ffmpeg's x11grab to respect the existing cursor capture setting which was being ignored so far.

I'm somewhat of a bash noob so please go easy on me if you see some cringeworthy lines :D
