This is enabled with an AVOption on the RTP muxer. The SDP
generator looks for a latm flag in the rtpflags field.

dprintf clashes with POSIX.1-2008

This also lists the objects from those two libraries as internal (by adding
the ff_ prefix) so that they can then be hidden via linker scripts.

The current implementation is incompatible with the latest spec drafts,
this should be communicated clearly to the user.
