Add mime_type field to AVProbeData, which now MUST be initialized in
order to avoid uninitialized reads of the mime_type pointer, likely
leading to crashes.
Typically, this means you will do 'AVProbeData pd = { 0 };' instead of
'AVProbeData pd;'.
