Subject: [PATCH] mxfdec: Make sure mxf->nb_index_tables > 0 in
 mxf_packet_timestamps()

Only the OPAtom demuxing logic is guaranteed to have index tables, meaning OP1a
files that lack an index would cause SIGSEGV.
